Inside Sales Representative

Prime responsibility is to engage in outbound calling to reach out to prospective customers and educate them on Company’s portfolio of Solutions (staffing, consulting, training & technology). Raise interest levels of the customer by explaining benefits, asking right questions and with appropriate follow-up.

Job Responsibilities

Creating awareness

 Primarily responsibility is to create awareness in market about Fulfills services and portfolio of Solutions to prospective customers through telephone/tele calling and send emailers, flyers

Lead generation

Will generate as many leads as you could by contacting customers from a defined database.

Support Sales Team

Will support sales-team by fixing appointments with qualified leads and assist Team through apt follow-up

Customer Service

Accept incoming calls/inquiries to assist information seekers by facilitating appropriate information and resolve any queries that the customer may having .

Competencies Required

Relevant Experience: Min.3 yrs. to max.5yrs.
